Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of DramaMe, including the mobile app, website, story catalog, AI image generation, video animation, subscriptions, credits, saved stories, and related services. By using DramaMe, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use DramaMe.

1. DramaMe Features

DramaMe lets users read short stories, choose characters, upload or select reference photos, generate personalized chapter images, optionally animate images into videos, save generated stories, and restore generated content where available. Some features may require credits, a subscription, or both.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use DramaMe. If your country requires a higher age to use digital services, you must meet that higher age requirement. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your use of DramaMe.

3. User Content and Reference Photos

You are responsible for any photos, prompts, text, messages, or other content you provide to DramaMe. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload and use that content.

You agree not to upload, request, generate, or share content that:

• violates another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights;
• uses a person’s image without permission where permission is required;
• contains or requests sexual content involving minors or anyone who appears to be a minor;
• contains non-consensual intimate content, harassment, threats, abuse, or exploitation;
• is illegal, fraudulent, hateful, or intended to harm others;
• attempts to bypass app limits, payment checks, safety systems, or security controls.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated images, videos, story scenes, and other outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, unavailable, delayed, or different from what you intended. We do not guarantee that any AI output will match a prompt, be error-free, or be available forever.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using or sharing it. DramaMe may block, remove, limit, or refuse generation requests that violate these Terms, safety rules, provider requirements, or applicable law.

5. Stories and App Content

Stories, characters, titles, covers, prompts, app design, software, and other DramaMe content are owned by DramaMe or its licensors. You may use app content only through the features provided in DramaMe and only for personal, non-commercial use unless we give written permission.

6. Subscriptions, Credits, and Paid Features

DramaMe may offer subscriptions, credit packs, and paid generation features. Credits may be required to generate chapter images, regenerate images, animate images into videos, or access other paid features.

• Prices, credit costs, and available products may change over time.
• Credits are app-specific, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred outside DramaMe.
• Some credit packs or paid features may require an active subscription.
• Generated results are not guaranteed, but if a paid generation fails due to a service error, DramaMe may attempt to refund credits automatically where supported.

7. App Store Payments and Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. If you buy an auto-renewable subscription, your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal according to Apple’s terms and the subscription product you selected.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID App Store subscription settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple’s refund policies. DramaMe does not store your full payment card details.

8. Saved Stories, Restore, and Deletion

DramaMe may save generated stories, generated images, generated videos, and restore records so you can continue reading or restore content after reinstalling the app. If you delete a saved story, DramaMe may keep a deletion marker to prevent that story session from being restored again.

We do not guarantee that every generated file can always be restored. Restore may depend on your account state, cloud storage availability, app version, network connection, and service availability.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with DramaMe or its backend services;
• use automated tools to abuse generation, credits, likes, purchases, restore, or storage features;
• attempt to access another user’s account, files, generated media, or private data;
• resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit DramaMe without permission;
• use DramaMe to create unlawful, harmful, non-consensual, or rights-infringing content.

10. Service Availability

DramaMe may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features at any time, including story availability, generation providers, credit costs, subscriptions, restore behavior, and supported app versions. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to DramaMe if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create risk for other users, attempt fraud, abuse paid features, or if required by law or platform policy.

12. Disclaimers

DramaMe is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DramaMe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, credits, generated content, or business opportunities arising from your use of the app.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of DramaMe after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
